Rates for sites. Includes a picnic table.

Nightly rates depend on a couple of things. Back-in vs pull through, and length of time. Nights begin at $40 a weekday night. Guest receive a discounted cost at the water park.

Weekly rates start at $220 for back-ins and $280 for pull through.  Guest receive a discounted cost at the water park. 

All our sites are full hook ups. Monthly rates start at $450 and includes electricity, water, and sever. There is an electric charge added. (see below) Guest receive a discounted cost at the water park. 

We do not meter the electricity but there is a monthly charge of $25 for one A/C. (window and roof mounted). $50 for two, and $75 for three. 

Our shaded spots and large corner spots are considered premium spots and cost a little bit more.  Guest receive a discounted cost at the water park. 

Tent camping is allowed at $15 a night. A $5 per person charge is also added.  Guest do not receive a discounted cost at the water park.
